150 White Chiavari Chairs with cushion seats, seating for 150 guests (we want everyone to be comfortable)

50 White Folding Chairs with cushion seats (These can be used in the Courtyard)

How long is the rental day?
The venue rental starts at 2:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 9:00 p.m. on Sundays, we will only host one event per day!

What is the capacity?
The maximum capacity is 150 guests including host and vendors.

How do I reserve a date?​

When are the payments due?
To best serve all our clients, we require payments to be made in advance to reserve your date(s). Please mail payments to: The MylesStone Venue, 337 Clay Farm Rd., Atwood, TN38220.​

Do I need to schedule a tour, or can I just stop by?
We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. You can request a tour by calling 731-318-2588.

What form of payment does The MylesStone Venue accept?

What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?
You will have access to the venue at time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly!​​​​

Can we nail decorations to the walls or hang things like streamers, etc. from the ceiling?
We do not allow for anything to be hung from walls or ceilings. No tape, nails or thumbtacks!​

Do I have to clean up?
YES!!​ We kindly ask that you "leave it as you found it". All trash must be cleaned up and placed in the provided trash cans. Excessive spills must be cleaned up immediately. Tables, chairs and decor must be put back how you found them. Any dishes used to be washed, dried and put away. (Brooms and mops are located in the closet for your use).

What space do I have access to at the venue?
All access to venue and courtyard.

Do I need to cover the tables with table covers?
YES! ​To protect our tables from stains, etc. (you are welcome to use plastic covers from your local dollar store.) We do offer white and black linens for $10 each.

Can we have alcohol?
YES! We recommend you hire a TNABC licensed bartender to serve alcoholic beverages. You are responsible for providing all of the alcoholic beverages and ice for your event. Be sure to ask us about our bar services.

Do you require event insurance?​
NO! Event insurance is not required but we recommend you talk with your local insurance agent to discuss the benefits of event insurance.​
